Heaton Mersey C v Heaton Mersey Guild

After a solid start and a 3 nil first 10 minutes the inexperience of the new 'C' team side and age let us down against a team who have played together for years and recently dropped back from the 4th division.

Top players:       Josh Pinder

                                James Hunter-thank you for standing in as Goalie

                                Stu Barlow for some excellent defence excepting that all were rolled over by 'piggy' their left handed attacker!

                                Adam Dickinson for his work rate and

                                Ben Arnold for 'lip', I know he means well and I appreciate his efforts

No game next week which is a shame while we have good weather available!
