York Uni v Heaton Mersey C

With a much depleted side due to injuries and team members on holiday we put in a good performance overall but never managed to get ahead.  Poor passing and catching probably from the frustration of missing a full 'D' at the back and lacking the spirit of previous weeks! Paul did a fine job as stand in for us but the work horse of the team goes to Adam Dickinson who took up the long pole from his usual position in mid-field and did a brilliant job.  Well done Adam.  Ged won most of the centres but York were just that much quicker to the pick-up.  Maybe yet another long distance away game left us somewhat lethargic?
