• Until 30 September 2008 the Rugby 2nd pitch may be used for Lacrosse practice during these times only:

Saturday 1pm - 5pm : for stickit players and coaches only
Monday 6pm - 9pm : for all Lacrosse members.

•  No "Chuck-abouts" allowed outside these times.

• Lacrosse goals cannot be used between the try lines.
• Goals may be used in the area behind both try lines, preferably to the rear and to the side of the in-goal area, facing across the width of the area.
• All sessions must be under the control of a club coach.
• To minimise wear on the pitch, please avoid consistently using the same areas of the pitch to practice in.
• If there is any doubt over the condition of the pitch, please consult Nick James or Dave Berry before you start.
