Mersey C Team's Practice - 20/08/2008 07:04
Heaton Mersey C Team will be having Team practices together with the U19s on Monday evenings at the Club 6:30pm-9:00pm.
This season it is crucial that the C Team get off to a good start in Division 5, as last season the C Team missed out on promotion because of poor results in the first two weeks.
C Team Captain Martin Leah hopes to lead the C Team into Division 4 in 2008-9 Season, in order to play at a higher standard and to have guaranteed fixtures every week.
This season will be a tough challenge though with trips to Newcastle, Leeds & Staffs Uni on the fixture list.
The first practice is Bank Holiday Monday 25th August 2008. 6:30pm - 9:00pm
The practices will be run by Club Coaches Gary Wilson & Dave Hallows
